"Daisy"

Daisy presented as an emergency on an early morning September day.  She had followed her owner while he was doing chores and a neighbor who was helping unintentionally ran her over and drug her under a low-to-the-ground pick-up.  Her entire abdomen , from umbilicus to pelvis had the skin tore back.  A thirty day hospital stay ensued with wound debridement, daily bandage changes, and a heavy course of antibiotics.

Throughout the following months Daisy’s “Dad” maintained her bandages and care at home.  In December she returned for her final recheck & looked great!
