Charles is a 12 year old, intact, Cocker Spaniel, who was presented unable to stand, coordinate simple movements, or recognize his surroundings. After several tests & a thorough examination, it was concluded that Charles had a “vascular incident,” which is very similar to a stroke in humans.  A heavy physical therapy regiment was started and his condition stabilized.  After several days, Charles was able to stand and take two to three steps.

     His dedicated owner continued his physical therapy at home & Charles soon returned back to his old self.
